Workshop & Sensitization on the Rights of Women and Children

This was the last project approved for 2018. The IDFP intends to implement this project with a view to empower 40 women and youth through strengthening their capacity, consciousness and awareness about human rights and peace building. The project was approved in December 2018 and due to the planning of the 2019 GA, the implementation of the project was shifted to Jan-Feb 2019. Evang. Charity Moses is the focal person for this project and is supported by IDFP.

Objectives:

1. To create more awareness on human right especially for women and youth and reduce violence and discrimination.

2. To raise consciousness on women and child’s rights, trafficking of persons

3. To engage and encourage women and youth through capacity building so that they are capable of participating in programmes
